The impact to the budget is an increase to account #105- 0000 - 389.90 -00 (Other Non - Operating Sources) in the amount of $2,000, and an increase to account #105- 0610 - 521.40 -00 (Travel and Per Diem) in the amount of $2,000. BA #12-060: Explanation of Request: This item seeks Commission approval to utilize $2,000 from the Federal Law Enforcement Trust Fund to cover the fees and expenses associated with Sgt. William Nas attending the 250' Session of the FBI National Academy. Pursuant to the Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement, it is permissible to utilize Federal Law Enforcement Trust Funds for law enforcement training and the costs associated with travel and per diem associated with or in support of law enforcement duties and activities. Ordinance 12 -1376 — Amend ULDR Section 2 -7.26 Seminola Boulevard Overlay District (SB2) Design Guidelines (LPA 11 -25) The City Clerk read Ordinance 12 -1376 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 2 -7.26, "SEMINOLA BOULEVARD OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICT (SB -2) DESIGN GUIDELINES" OF THE CITY'S UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TO CREATE A NEW RESIDENTIAL CATEGORY WHICH SHALL BE CALLED "GARDEN HOMES "; PROVIDING DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA SPECIFIC TO THE GARDEN HOME RESIDENTIAL CATEGORY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE."
