Resolution 12 -2384 — Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consulting Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for a Granular Activated Carbon Filter Pilot Study "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR THE GRANULAR ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER PILOT STUDY AT THE SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2384 approves and authorizes execution of Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consulting Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc. to conduct a Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Filter Pilot Study at the South Water Treatment Plant for an amount not to exceed $36,750 without prior authorization. Budget Impact: Funds to cover the costs associated with Supplemental Agreement No. 3 (for an amount not to exceed $36,750 without prior authorization) are available in the Water Production Professional Services Account #401 - 0754 - 533.31 -00. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 12 -2384. B. Resolution 12-2385— Amendment No. Ito the State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE STATE REVOLVING FUND LOAN AGREEMENT (DW590301) WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2385 approves and authorizes execution of Amendment No. 1 to the State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget.
