CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 25, 2012 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 14 <br />The City Cleric called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINiTI'ES <br />A. Minutes of June 11, 2012 —Special Meeting /Attorney Client Session <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2012 <br />Special Meeting /Attorney Client Session, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Vice Mayor Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />B. Minutes of March 29, 2012 -Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the March 29, 2012 <br />Workshop, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Hufford. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />7. CI'T'IZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns about the possibility of <br />nuisance gators in the City's lakes. <br />2. Mr. Ken Wright, 1106 Palmer Avenue, Winter Park, advised that he was a Commissioner <br />with the Fish and Wildlife Commission and that if requested by the City, he would have <br />someone determine whether there is a nuisance gator and relocate it, if necessary. <br />
