Funding for an intern in the Accounting Division will be eliminated. <br />Authorized positions will change from seven positions in the Accounting Division (4 full -time and 3 part -time) <br />to six positions (5 full -time and 1 part- time). Estimated payroll costs for the Accounting Division will remain <br />virtually unchanged. <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Interim Finance Director recommended approval ofthe <br />reorganization to the Finance Department. <br />K. Appointments to the Casselberry Housing Task Force <br />Introduction: Consideration to officially submit and enter the names of the appointees to the Housing Task <br />Force into the official minutes of the City Commission is requested. <br />Background: The City Commission adopted Resolution 12 -2369 on April 23, 2012 which established the <br />Casselberry Housing Task Force (Task Force). Per Resolution 12 -2369, each member ofthe City Commission <br />shall appoint two members to the Task Force. The following appointees have met the qualifications for <br />appointment as provided by Resolution 12 -2369: <br />
