Mr. Knapton stated he <br />went to the water department and offered to pay $600.00 just to get the service on to see if there was a leak. <br />He didn't know anything about this and lives in Daytona Beach, his ex-wife had the papers. <br />Peggy Knapton, 1540 Parlc Dr, stated she lives right down the street from this house so she collects the rent. <br />Ms. Knapton advised she does not know why the water would be so expensive. <br />Frank Garidel Jr., 1431 Carlisle Dr, tenant stated he could only think it was tree roots or the gate valve at the <br />house, because there is nothing in the house leaking. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m, on 05/24/2012.
