MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/12/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Parking/prohibited vehicle(s), ULDR Section 3-10.9 <br />® CE-12-00098 1262 Seminola Blvd <br />Disabledlinoperable/unlicensed vehicle(s),ULDR Section, 3-10.9 A (4)(b) <br />® CE-12-00099 1262 Seminola Blvd <br />Parkina_ in rear yard, ULDR Section, 3-10.9(b) <br />® CE-12-00100 1262 Seminola Blvd <br />Trash & debris, City Code Section 70-2 <br />® CE-12-00101 1262 Seminola Blvd <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Beatrice Berg, 1702 Holiday Dr gave testimony advised she has filed for eviction and the case is with judge <br />Marblestone. The tenant was told he had 5 days to pay $1,000.00 and until the 15th of May to pay $500.00. <br />The tenant will not let Ms. Berg onto the property to clean and he won't take the stuff out. There is a lock <br />and the tenant and he won't let her in and won't talk to her. She has gone to court, filed the papers and is <br />waiting for a hearing. Ms. Berg stated she wanted the sanctions (fines) to start. <br />Steve Redin, 1450 Carlisle Dr, Casselberry advised all the debris that was on the ground was removed and <br />only the vehicles remain. <br />James Fraliegh, 1262 Seminola Blvd stated the photos do not accurately depict the property. He also stated <br />the back yard is a workshop for him to work on the house. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in these cases in violation of the City Codes as charged <br />and that Respondents correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 05/24/2012. In the event Respondent does <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $100.00 per case per day will be imposed for each day the <br />violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are filrther ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Smith seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />Roof maintenance ULDR Section 3-10.3 <br />® CE-12-00143 221 Wilshire Dr <br />Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Kathryn Norris, 221 Wilshire Dr, Casselberry advised this home in the begimling of foreclosure. Ms. Norris <br />stated that her mother was unsure of the process and that she had obtained a roof permit and was asking for <br />a couple of month's extension to get the roof repaired. <br />MOTION: Mr. Balcalla moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 06/12/2012.
