Abandoned/neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) ® CE-12-00484 936 Brydie Ct Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 05/24/2012. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in these cases were in violation of City Code as charged and failed to correct the violations by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violations of the same code by Respondents within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as repeat violations, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day maybe imposed.
