Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Abandoned/neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE-12-00484 936 Brydie Ct <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 05/24/2012. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />STANDING ORDERS REQUESTED <br />Parkin /~y trailers, ULDR Section 3-10.9 <br />® CE-12-00303 1625 Excalibur Dr <br />Non-conforming si~ns,ULDR Section 3-16.9 <br />® CE-12-00671 1501 E Altamonte Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised the above cases were not in compliance by the date set <br />by the Officer, but have complied by the date of the hearing. Standing orders are requested for the above <br />cases. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in these cases were in violation of City Code as charged <br />and failed to correct the violations by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that <br />the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violations of the same code by Respondents <br />within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as repeat violations, for which a fine of up <br />to $500.00 per day maybe imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />FORECLOSURE ACTION REQUEST <br />Multiple code violations <br />® 10-02552, 10-01041, 08-01707 and 07-02426 251 Triplet Lalce Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised the City was requesting to foreclose on the above listed <br />cases, to collect on the outstanding liens. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to approve the foreclosures on the above listed cases. Mr. Balcalla seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Multiple code violations <br />® 09-03078, 08-03615, 08-03616, 08-03617, 08-01643 and 11-01667 at 1499 Parlc Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised the City was requesting to foreclose on the above listed <br />cases, to collect on the outstanding liens. <br />7~Page <br />
