Jazz Concert Introduction: Consideration of a permit application to allow for the sale of alcohol by the Rotary Club of Casselbeny at Lake Concord Park during the Spring Jazz Concert on March 24, 2012 is requested. As required by City Code, the permit application must be reviewed and approved by the City Commission. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the alcohol sale permit. G. City Alcohol Permit for Alt & Music in the Park Events Introduction: Consideration of a permit application to allow for the consumption of alcohol at Lake Concord Park during the Al't & Music in the Parlc events on March 9, April 13, and May 11, 2012 is requested. As required by City Code, the permit application must be reviewed and approved by the City Commission. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of the alcohol consumption permit. H. Replacement Purchase of Fire Apparatus Intercom and Radio Headset S.. stems Introduction: Consideration for the purchase of intercom and radio headset systems from Diversified Electronics in the amount of $14,992.50 for replacement in fire apparatus (Tower 25, Rescue 25 and Battalion 21) is requested. Budget Impact: Funds to replace these systems were budgeted and are available in account no. 001-0310- 522.67-13. Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Fire Chief recommended approval of the purchase of intercom and radio headset systems. L Budget Amendment #12-027 - Recognition of Revenue from Rotary Club of Casselberrv Introduction: Consideration of Budget Amendment # 12-027 to recognize revenue in the amount of $200 that was received from the Rotary Club of Casselberry Inc. to offset expenses associated with the 2011 Santa Rlm event is requested.
