Discussion: Discussion ensued regarding the improvements that are being proposed for the cemetery and the ongoing research regarding the history of the cemetery and the people and soldiers buried there. The Commission commended Eagle Scout Marshall Polston for his efforts in organizing the restoration of the cemetery. MOTION: Commissioner Miller moved to approve Consent Agenda Item G, Purchase of Concord Cemetery Maintenance and Security Improvements and related Budget Amendment #12 -018, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. A. Public Hearing: Second Reading; of Ordinance 11 -1364 - Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Amendments for Properties Annexed in 2011 (LPA 11 -2 1) The City Clerk read Ordinance 11 -1364 by title as follows: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL FUTURE LAND USE MAP TO INCLUDE PROPERTIES ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY IN 2011, GENERALLY LOCATED NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF US HIGHWAY 17 -92 AND SEMINOLA BOULEVARD; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL OF THE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
