Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report. B. Resolution 11-2303 -New Smyrna Beach Pistol Range Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PISTOL RANGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2303 provides for an agreement with the City ofNew Smyrna Beach for use of their firearms training facility. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 11-2303. C. Resolution 11-2305 - Rex's Run Subdivision Piat (SP 11-01 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVSION PLAT FOR REX'S RUN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2305 provides for approval of the minor subdivision plat for the properties located at 1428 Lakeshore Drive and 1469 Parlc Drive. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resoution 11-2305.
