Minutes of July 25, 2011 -Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Miller moved to approve the minutes of the July 25, 2011 regular <br />meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Ilufford. <br />Motion cai°ried unanimously by voice vote 5 - 0. <br />6. P SEN'TA'TIN/C EN A'TI S <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />7o CITIZEI®TS' C®1VIlVIEI~TS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individual came forward: <br />Mr•. Adelbert Dieu, 506 Elm Drive, voiced. concerns regarding the prohibition of parking <br />vehicles with ladder racks in residential areas and requested assistance since it was <br />jeopardizing his job. <br />No one else came forward. <br />~o ~®NSEl~T A~a~~l)A <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial <br />process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial conh•acts and change orders on a project in <br />excess of 5% of the total project. The following item has been reviewed by the affected departments and is <br />being presented for approval: <br />Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. <br />® City Attorney Preparation of Amicus Brief on behalf of City <br />of Casselberty in the case City of Palm Bay v. Wells Fargo Bank <br />
