The damage to the property was a result of a fire on March 04, 2010. Numerous inspections revealed no change. Doris Ochoa was sworn in by the Code Board Attorney. Doris Ochoa, 1029 Osceola Trl, Casselbeny FL gave testimony. Ms. Ochoa stated some of the dates were not correct and the picture (on the PowerPoint presentation) was not correct, that is what it looked like. Ms. Ochoa stated she had not received any messages from Officer Rivera that she did not return, that she personally received. Ms. Ochoa stated that once she was aware of the violation after being notified by her neighbor, she then contacted Officer Rivera. At some point after the fire Ms. Ochoa stated that she and some family members went to the home to clean up the property. Ms. Ochoa stated she was asl~ing for an extension of time to get the property cleared up. Ketron Brown, Code Compliance Team Supervisor asked if the Board could state in the motion that the owner be given ample time to obtain the necessary permits that the structure be demolished if permit cannot be obtained. 1~1oe1 Smith made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #10-01479 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.3, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 11/01/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 11/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is furthe,• ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this ®rder. David Denson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-10-01416 850 S'eminola Blvd Sentinola Nome LLC, owner Overcrown UYOpeNty 70-2 Ketron Brown, Code Compliance Team Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. Robert C. flint made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #10-01416 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C) and that such violation constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare, and that Respondents shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m., 0/26/2010. If Respondent (s) fails to correct the violation by this date a fine in the amount of X25.00, per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance by this date, the Board requests that the City take appropriate action, if feasible, to accomplish all reasonable repairs or provide all services necessary to bring the property into compliance and Respondents will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. A Subsequent hearing will be held before this )bard on 09/09/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date. Kathleen A. hale .seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
