The property was in violation for 44 days, Officer Brown asked the Board for enhanced fines due to repeat violation status. In CEB Case #10-01544, David Ilenson made a motion to find Respondents were in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), pursuant to the Board's original ®rder of 12/15/2009. A fine in the amount of SS,800.00 is hereby imposed for 44 (days) of repeat violation. Noel Smith seconded the motion. Frank Reeler, Attorney, 1800 NW 49`h Street, #120, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 addressed the Board for case # 10-01303, 1250 Quintuplet Dr. Officer Brown advised the Board the City would be withdrawing case # 10-01303, 1250 Quintuplet Dr. Noel Smith made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-01375, 10-01426, 10-01462,10-01502, 10-01504, 10-01505, 10-01549, 10-01551, 10-01599, 10-01644 in violation of City Code, Section Art ~ Chapter 5S Sec 6(a), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. OS/26/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 09/09/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this ®rder. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. IVIr. Smith amended the compliance date to 09/02/2010 from OS/26/2010. Kathleen A. Flale seconded the amendment. The motion passed unanimously.
