CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING August 12, 2010 page 7 CE-10-01458 Fair-vinds Credit Union vs. Ballou 430Iris Rd/Over~r•own property 70-2 (~ Ketron Brown, Code Compliance Team Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #10-0145 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C) and that such violation constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare, and that Respondents shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m., 0/26/2010. If Respondents fails to correct the violation by this date a fine in the amount of X50.00, per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance by this date, the Board requests that the City take appropriate action, if feasible, to accomplish all reasonable repairs or provide all services necessary to bring the property into compliance and Respondents will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. A Subsequent hearing will be held before this Board on 09/09/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Kenneth Herron made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-01507, 10-0150, 10-01509, 10-01574 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), 3-10.3(B) and 3-10.3 (C) (1), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 08/26/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 09/09/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X25.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this ®rder. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Imtoel Smith made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #10-01612 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 08/26/2010.
