The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eighth Item of Eusiness: CU 11:06: 141 5. Triplet Lake Drive ®Gretchen Do Ike. Conditional use request for a <br />dock. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planning Technician, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated <br />May 6, 2011, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br />Development Department). Mr. Sorensen presented a PowerPoint presentation (a copy is attached and made a part <br />of the minutes). <br />Mr. Sorensen stated Staff finds that the proposed use is compatible with the surrounding land uses. He said <br />Staff recommends approval of the replacement of the existing dock in the same location. Mr. Sorensen said if the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission choose to approve CU 11-06 to allow a private residential dock at 141 South <br />Triplet Lake Drive, the motion would be based on the staff report dated May 6, 2011, the site drawing Exhibit B <br />attached to the staff report, the Planning and Zoning Commission's findings of fact, and the following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the proposed dock structure. The dock shall not be enlarged or <br />enhanced in any way without additional conditional use approval by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. <br />2. The construction and maintenance of the dock shall be in accordance with the requirements of all <br />applicable state agencies, the City Engineer's conditions of approval, and the City's Unified Land <br />Development Regulations. <br />3. The applicant shall incorporate dock lighting into the plans prior to submitting for a building permit. This <br />lighting shall illuminate the entire length of the dock as required by Section 94-6. <br />4, A building permit for the dock shall be obtained within 60 days of the approval and a final inspection <br />shall be obtained within 120 days of the issuance of the building permit. <br />5. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Gretchen Doyle, 141 South Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Doyle stated that it is a complete <br />replacement of the existing dock. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />
