A referendum election is hereby called and scheduled to be held concurrent with the general election on the 7`h day of November, 2000, to determine whether the proposed amendment to Article IV, Section 10 of the City Charter as provided in Section 2(a), below, shall be approved by a majority of the votes cast in such election in which qualified electors residing in the City shall participate. Such referendum election shall be held and conducted in the manner prescribed bylaw. The places forvoting in such referendum election shall be such locations as shall otherwise be established forthe general election on November 7, 2000. All duly-qualified electors of the City of Casselberry shall be entitled to participate in the referendum election. Section 2. Amendment to City Charter Article IV, Section 10,1'erms of ®ffice. (A) Proposed Amendment. It is proposed that Article IV, Section 10, of the City of Casselberry Charter be amended as follows: (underlined text is an addition to the existing text of the City Charter; std-atrt text is a deletion from the existing text of the City Charter. It is intended that the text in the City Charter denoted by the asterisks and set forth in this Ordinance shall otherwise remain unchanged from the language existing prior to adoption of this Ordinance): *** Section 10. Creation of City Commission: Composition, Perm. There is hereby created a City Commission of the City of Casselberry consisting of five (5) members, four (4) Commissioners and a Mayor, who shall also be known as a Commissioner.
