Special Invoice Report <br /> <br />Introduction: The Special Invoice Report policy was adopted by the Commission to streamline the financial <br />process for approval of certain invoices, awards of bids, initial contracts and change orders on a project in <br />excess of5% of the total project. Resolution 09-2087 - Agreement with SunGard Public Sector for Development of a <br />Land Management Periodic Update Program & Related Budget Amendment # 10-006 <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SUNGARD PUBLIC SECTOR FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF A SOFTWARE PROGRAM TO PERIODICALLY UPDATE THE CITY'S <br />LAND MANAGEMENT FILE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br /> <br />Introduction: Resolution 09-2087 provides for an agreement with SunGard Public Sector for the <br />development of a software program to periodically update the City's Land Management file. The Land <br />Management file is a comprehensive land, parcel and address database. <br /> <br />Budget Impact: The impact to the budget is $19,500. The funds will be made available through a budget <br />amendment to rollover funds held at the end ofFY 2009 in the Information Systems Supplies Account (001- <br />0151-513.52-00) of$19,500. <br /> <br />BA #10-006 <br /> <br />Explanation of Request: Amend budget to rollover and re-budget funds reserved in FY 2009 for the purpose <br />of purchasing a special software application from HTE Sungard to analyze the City's data fields for Land <br />Management and compare to the corresponding data from the Seminole County Property Appraiser to verify <br />the accuracy of Land Management records and to identify exceptions that require attention and maintenance. <br />
