Attachments included
annexation agreements and tax calculation comparisons. Some of the parcels proposed for annexation include
registered electors. Therefore, a referendum election posing the question of annexation for said parcels must be
held. The subject properties are contiguous to the City limits to the south and west. Properties to the north are
in unincorporated Seminole County and the City of Longwood. The parcels are adjacent to commercial uses
on the north, commercial and light industrial on the west, vacant undeveloped land on the south, and a lake
body to the east.
