Resolution 10-2177 -Agreement with MACTEC En ing eerin~ and Consulting- Inc. <br />for Brownfields Assessment Services and Related Budget Amendment #10-043 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PINNACLE DATA SYSTEMS <br />FOR UTILITY BILL PRINTING AND MAILING SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 10-2177 provides for an agreement with MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, <br />Inc. to provide Brownfields Assessment Services in an amount not to exceed $400,000, effective October 1, <br />2010 and will expire October 1, 2013. <br />Budget Impact: The total cost for the Brownfields Assessment project is estimated to be $400,000. Budget <br />Amendment #10-043 provides an increase to GrantsBrownfields Account No. 001-0000-331-50.00 and to <br />Professional Fees Account No. 001-0211-515.31-00. This budget will be rolled over into FY 11. The <br />consultant is responsible for submitting the necessary paperwork for grant reimbursements to the <br />Environmental Protection Agency on a quarterly basis on behalf of the City: The City is not responsible for a <br />match. <br />BA# 10-043: <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment is to establish revenue and expense related to the receipt of <br />a Brownfields Grant received from the Environmental Protection Agency. This is a three year grant from <br />7/1/10 through 6/30/13 to assess Brownfields areas and perform Phase I and Phase II assessments.
