Resolution 10-2130 - 2010 National Urban and Community Foreshy Grant Pro~am Application and Grant Memorandum of Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT APPLICATION TO EMPLOY AN URBAN FORESTRY PROFESSIONAL, AND APPROVAL TO EXECUTE A GRANT MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IF AWARDED SUCH GRANT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 10-2108 provides for consideration to submit an Urban and Forestry grant application for the purposes of employing a temporary urban forestry professional and, if awarded such grant, to execute a Grant Memorandum of Agreement. Budget Impact: The impact to the budget is $12,480. Funding is available in the FY 09-10 Budget, Seasonal Recreation Accolmt No. 001-0411-572-13.00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 10-2130. C. Resolution 10-2131 -Day Camp Provider Agreement with Seminole County "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND SEMINOLE COUNTY FOR THE RECEIl'T OF COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REIN VESTMENT ACT GRANT FUNDING FOR DAY CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 10-2131 provides for a Day Camp Provider Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Seminole County for scholarships funded by the Community Services Block Grant-American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Program in the amount of $23,560.00. Budget Impact: This item has no budget impact. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Administrative Services Director recommended approval of Resolution 10-2131.
