The following individual came foI•ward to address Ordinance 10-1325: <br />1) Ml•. John Casselberty, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns regarding property he owns near <br />Lake Shore Drive which is included in Ordinance 10-1325, still be jointly developable and doesn't <br />have the wrong designation. <br />No one else came forward to address Ordinance 10-1325. Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to <br />Ordinance 10-1325. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Ordinance 10-1325 on first reading, <br />as presented. Board Appointment -Community Redevelopment Agency <br />MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to appoint George Isom to the Community <br />Redevelopment Agency, filling an unexpired term effective to January 2012. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Millel•. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5 - 0. <br />B. Milwee Middle School -Discussion and Direction <br />Ms. Barbara Lipscomb, City Manager, stated the Milwee Middle School Annexation report was distributed and <br />discussed at the January 25, 2010 City Commission meeting.
