The City asked for a <br />compliance date of 11/19/2010 and a $50.00 per day per violation fine if no compliance. <br />MOTION: Paul L. McKernan moved to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-02193 and 10-02194 in <br />violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9 A,1,C,4 and 3-10.9 (A)(4), and that Respondent(s) correct the <br />violation before 1:00 p.m. 11/18/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 12/09/2010 to <br />determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in <br />the amount of $50.00 per violation per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues <br />past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify <br />compliance with this Order. Nole Smith seconded the motion.
