The statement of costs «~ill be <br />re~~ised to reflect changes, if any, to the plans at the ninety percent (90`%) <br />construction plan submittal. <br />2.9 Design Re~~ie~i~s -The Client shall prepare a consolidated set of ~~ ritten rep few <br />comments that ss ill be sent to Glatting Jackson after each submittal (Conceptual <br />Master Plan, 60% and 90% Construction Documents). Glatting Jackson will attend <br />up to three (3) design revie~~- meetings «~ith the Client to discuss the Clients re~-ies~~ <br />comments. Changes agreed upon at the design rep few meetings ss~ill be incorporated <br />into the subsequent plan phases. Any changes to the 100% Construction Documents <br />shall be pro~~ided as an Additional Ser<ice. <br />Deliverables -Based on Tasks detailed above. Glatting Jackson shall produce the <br />folJoti+~irrg at each submittal: <br />• TN~eh~e (12) copies of the Coi7cepti~al Master Plan for Segments One and Three <br />• Ttirelve (12) copies of the 60% and 90% construction plans <br />~ TN~eh~e (Il) sets oJFinal Con.eb~uetron Documents <br />• One (I) unbound set of plans and specifications <br />• TN~eJve (12) copies of the .Statement of Construction Costs <br />2.10 Ecological Field Work -Glatting Jackson ecologists will conduct a field assessment <br />of the corridor and flag the extent of wetlands, if am. pursuant to the delineation <br />methodology of state and federal regulatory agencies. In addition, we «-ill assess the <br />likelihood of occurrence of «ildlife listed as threatened, endangered, or species of <br />special concern by state and federal regulator<~ agencies. <br />2.1 1 En~~ironmental Resource Permitting -Glatting Jackson and the Ci~~il Engineer <br />will prepare the Environmental Resource Perniit (ERP) for submittal to the St. Johns <br />River Water Management District (SJRWMD). Based on site conditions and the <br />conceptual corridor design, our scope assumes that there ss~ill be less than one (1) <br />acre of SJRWMD-jurisdictional wetland impact within the corridor. Glatting <br />Jackson ~~°ill respond to up to three (3) requests for additional information (RAI) as <br />necessar}~ to complete the perniit and will conduct up to two (2) meetings «~ith <br />representati~ es of the SJRWMD concerning the perniit application. <br />2.12 U.S. Arm~~ Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permitting -Glatting Jackson sill <br />re~~iesr wetlands ~~~ithin the project corridor, if am', to determine if they are subject <br />to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) jurisdiction.
