~~:, <br />,. <br />and minor ~~~etlands impacts will qualify for a Nationwide Permit If it is determined <br />that an ALOE Individual Permit is required, additional coordination and permitting <br />Frith the ACOE ~~~ill be provided as an Additional Service. <br />2.13 Gopher Tortoise Assessment -Glatting Jackson will determine the approximate <br />population of gopher tortoises (Gopherirs pohphemus) on site, and define the areas <br />of likely suitable habitat. A one hundred percent (100%) survey will not be <br />conducted since this final survey should be completed just prior to construction. <br />Glatting Jackson ~~~ill attempt to minimize impacts to gopher tortoise burrows through <br />adaptations of the construction plans. Glatting Jackson assumes that on-site <br />relocation ~~~ill he required for five (~) or fewer tortoises, and that the Contractor ~~~ho <br />ultimately builds the trail ~~ill obtain a permit for these activities from the Florida <br />f=ish Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC).
