(B) The estimated Street Lighting Assessed Cost for Non-Commercial Corridor Street <br />Lighting Service Area is $245,000 for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2010. This Street <br />Lighting Assessed Cost will be funded through the imposition of Assessments against property <br />located within the Non-Commercial Corridor Street Lighting Service Area in the manner set <br />forth in this Preliminary Rate Resolution. As provided in the Final Assessment Resolution and <br />amended in this Preliminary Rate Resolution, the Non-Commercial Corridor Street Lighting <br />Service Area includes all Tax Parcels located within all other incorporated areas of the City, <br />except for the Excluded Parcels. <br />SECTION 7. APPORTIONMENT METHODOLOGY AND ASSESSMENT <br />COMPUTATION. <br />(A) The Assignment of Assessment Units and the Computation of the Street Lighting <br />Assessments, as provided in Sections 2.04 and 2.05 of the Initial Assessment Resolution, are <br />affirmed and incorporated herein by reference. <br />(B) The Street Lighting Assessment amount for the Fiscal Year commencing October <br />1, 2010, shall be calculated and apportioned as set forth in Section 2.05 of the Initial Assessment <br />Resolution. <br />(C) The estimated Street Lighting Assessments established in this Preliminary Rate <br />Resolution shall be the assessment rates applied by the City Manager in the preparation of the <br />updated Street Lighting Assessment Roll for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2010, as <br />provided in Section 8 of this Preliminary Rate Resolution. <br />SECTION 8. UPDATED STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT ROLL. <br />(A) The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare, or direct the preparation of, the <br />updated Street Lighting Assessment Roll in the manner provided in the Ordinance. <br />4 <br />
