David Hugard, 1585 Hilltop Rd, Casselbei~y, FL gave testimony. David Henson made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00488 was/were in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9 A,1,B,4 and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Enforcement Officer; that the violation is now corrected; and that any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within five(5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-10-00701 691 Lilac Rat Robillard/ow~zer Overgrowy2 properly 70-2 (C) Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00701 in violation of City Code, Section(s) 70-2 (C) and that such violation constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare, and that Respondent(s) shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m., 05/27/2010. If Respondent (s) fails to correct the violation by this date a fine in the amount of $25.00, per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance by this date, the Board requests that the City take appropriate action, if feasible, to accomplish all reasonable repairs or provide all services necessary to bring the property into compliance and Respondent(s) will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. A Subsequent hearing will be held before this Board on 06/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date. hlole Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-10-00797 1041 Wingo Dr Radzewicz/owner Damaged wiszdows, skylights, tloors(1994)SBCCI305 7- 305.13.2 Luis Rivera, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. Nole Smith made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00797 in violation of City Code, Section (1994)SBCCI 305.7-305.13.2, and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 05/27/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 06/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
