CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />May 13, 2010 page 6 <br />CE-10-004881585 Hilltop Rrl Armstrong/owner Parking lame vehicle(s) 3-10.9 A.I,B,4 <br />Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />David Hugard, 1585 Hilltop Rd, Casselbei~y, FL gave testimony. <br />David Henson made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00488 was/were in violation of City <br />Code, Section 3-10.9 A,1,B,4 and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the <br />Code Enforcement Officer; that the violation is now corrected; and that any violation of the same code by <br />Respondent(s) within five(5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for <br />which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. <br />Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />CE-10-00701 691 Lilac Rat Robillard/ow~zer Overgrowy2 properly 70-2 (C) <br />Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00701 in violation of City Code, <br />Section(s) 70-2 (C) and that such violation constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and that Respondent(s) shall correct the violation before 1:00 p.m., 05/27/2010. If Respondent (s) <br />fails to correct the violation by this date a fine in the amount of $25.00, per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance <br />by this date, the Board requests that the City take appropriate action, if feasible, to accomplish all <br />reasonable repairs or provide all services necessary to bring the property into compliance and <br />Respondent(s) will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. A <br />Subsequent hearing will be held before this Board on 06/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated <br />date. <br />hlole Smith seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />CE-10-00797 1041 Wingo Dr Radzewicz/owner Damaged wiszdows, skylights, tloors(1994)SBCCI305 7- <br />305.13.2 <br />Luis Rivera, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />Nole Smith made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00797 in violation of City Code, Section <br />(1994)SBCCI 305.7-305.13.2, and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 05/27/2010. <br />Another hearing will be held before this Board on 06/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated <br />date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are <br />further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. <br />Kathleen A.
