Kyle King, 1800 Pembrook Drive, Gave testimony. Mr. King stated he was local counsel for Marshall Watson and was present for three cases. CE-10-00611 22 Witzding Ridge Rd CE-10-00819 1040 Crystal Bowl Cir CE-10-00835 380 Jeffe~so~z Dr Nole Smith made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00611, 10-00819, and 10-00835 in violation of City Code, Section Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 06/08/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 06/10/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
