Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to amend the Findings of Fact. The compliance date was amended to 05/27/2010 and the next hearing 06/10/2010 or the next scheduled hearing date. Alderman Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the above case was not in compliance by the date set by the Board and fine should be imposed. David Henson made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case # CE-10-00055 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 03/16/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order.
