Richard L. <br />Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:03 pm. Robert C. Flint; Vice-Chairperson led the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. The Officers testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint <br />presentation were all entered as part ofthe official record. <br />
