Kyle King was sworn in by Robin Drage. Kyle King, 1800 Pembroolc Drive, Maitland, FL 32751 gave testimony. Mr. King stated he was at the meeting to represent the Law Office of Marshall C. Watson and was there for two properties, however he did not know what the addresses were. Secretary Jones provided Mr. King with three addresses represented by Marshall C. Watson. David Henson made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case #CE-10-00258,CE-10-00261 CE-10-00265,CE-10-00267 CE-10-00270, CE-10-00300, CE-10-00302 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 03/16/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passes unanimously. CE-10-00278 1320 Lancelot Wtry Abanzloned real property ,Apt VI Cl7aptep 58 Sec 6(a) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the above case is in compliance and no fines should be imposed. Robert C. Flint made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case# CE-10-00278 have complied with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 03/16/2010 by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passes unanimously. CE-10-00335 420 Jasmine z~ Abandoned peal p~'opertV ,Art VI Chaptez^ 58 Sec 6(a) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the above case was not in compliance by the date set by the Board and the fine should be imposed, the violation was in compliance on 04/05/2010 and a fine of $550.00 should be imposed.
