Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />June 23, 2010 <br />Page 6 <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Smith stated that the tree bank contribution for the Jehovah <br />Witness site on Seminola Boulevard was recalculated based on an updated tree cost. Ms. Smith explained that the <br />tree bank contribution was recalculated based on a cost of $220 rather than the $250 that had originally been used. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address SPR 10-07. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to continue SPR 10- <br />07 for 95 Concord Drive based on staff memo dated June 17, 2010 from Mr. Raasch to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission as presented. Amending the future land use map of <br />the Comprehensive Plan to re-designate "Office Residential" properties to "Commercial" due to the <br />elimination of the ®ffice Residential future land use designation. <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated June 23, <br />2010, to the City of Casselberry Local Planning Agency (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Ms. Smith requested the Local Planning Agency provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission to change the future land use designation from "Office Residential" to "Commercial" for the 15 <br />properties. Ms. Smith explained that staff completed a comprehensive review of the City's Future Land Use Map <br />which identified a number of errors and inconsistencies which required formal map amendments and public hearings <br />to correct. Ms. Smith stated the property owners were notified regarding the proposed changes and were requested <br />to respond to staff regarding the notice. She said due to discussions with the property owners, staff requested <br />removal of the OR designated properties from the map amendments that were presented at the March 10, 2010 <br />Local Planning Agency meeting. Ms. Smith explained that the Unified Land Development Regulations contains a <br />footnote that states that all new residential uses must be part of a mixed-use development. She said that new <br />
