Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />March 10, 2010 <br />Page 3 <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address CU 10-01. Mr. Aramendia recommended approva- of CU 10-01 <br />residential floating dock at 225 Lake Ellen Drive based on the staff memo dated March 5, 2010 to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission from Mr. Senzee as presented. Future land use change from Medium Density <br />Residential to Public Service. Property located on the northwest corner of Cypress Way and Lemon Lane, <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Ms. Kelly Roberts, Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated March 10, 2010, <br />to the City of Casselberry Local Planning Agency (a copy is on file in the Community Development Department). Ms. <br />Roberts requested the Local Planning Agency provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for the <br />proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the subject property, as detailed in the ordinance attached to the staff <br />report, based on the findings of fact and conclusions, the staff report dated March 10, 2010, and the following <br />conditions: <br />1. It is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. It is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses and zonings. <br />3. City services are available and will not be negatively impacted. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. The applicant had nothing to <br />add to the agenda item. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 09-12. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to provide a <br />favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 09-12 future land use change from Medium Density <br />
