The foregoing recitals are true and correct, and incorporated herein. <br />SECTION 2. Authority. This Ordinance is adopted in compliance with, and pursuant to, <br />the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulations Act, <br />Section 163.3184 and 163.3187, Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 3. That portion of the Future Land Use Plan referenced as the Future Land <br />Use Map of Chapter 66, Section 66-29 of the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances, as <br />amended and supplemented, said Chapter adopting the Comprehensive Plan of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended by changing the designation of approximately 27.17 <br />acres of the property as supported by the "North Winter Park Drive (Between SR 434 and 7tn <br />Street) Study".
