A copy of the amendments to the Future Land Use Map is attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" and hereby adopted pursuant to Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 4. That portion of the Future Land Use Element referenced to as Policy FLU <br />1.10, Industrial-Medium, is hereby amended as follows: <br />Future Land Use Element <br />*** <br />Policy FLU 1.10 Industrial Medium. Property designated Industrial-Medium shall be <br />developed at a Floor Area Ratio no greater than .35. <br />*** <br />d. Properties designated as Industrial-Medium shall not be directly visible by the <br />traveling public from a major arterial roadway <br />e. Properties designated as Industrial-Medium shall not have frontage along a major <br />arterial roadway <br />*** <br />SECTION 5. Transmittal to the Department of Community Affairs. The City Manager or <br />her designee is hereby designated to sign a letter transmitting these Map and Text Amendments <br />to the Department of Community Affairs, in accordance with Section 163.3187 (1)(c)(4), Florida <br />Statutes, and Section 9J-11 Florida Administrative Code. <br />SECTION 6. CONFLICTS. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional <br />by any Court, such portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent <br />provision, and such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or application <br />hereof, to the maximum extent allowed by law. <br />Ordinance 10-1321 <br />North Winter Park Dr. Future Land Use Map & text Amendments <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
