Director of Public Works, Community Development Director, <br />Fire Chief, Police Chief, Finance Director, and Personnel <br />Director. <br />SECTION II. That Section 34.001, Definitions, of the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to delete the <br />following definitions: <br />"COIINCIL. The City Council, as established by the City <br />Charter. <br />"MAYOR. The Mayor of the City. <br />SECTION III. That Sections 34.165, 34.166, 34.167, and 34.168, <br />Appointment, Removal of Department Heads, are hereby deleted. <br />SECTION IV. That Section 34.010, Members, of the Code of Ordinances of <br />the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />§ 34.010 MEMBERS. <br />The Civil Service Board shall be composed of five (5) <br />members appointed as follows: <br />(a) The members shall be appointed by the City Manager <br />with approval of the City Commission and shall be <br />qualified electors of the City. They shall not, during <br />the term for which they are appointed, be employed in any <br />manner by the City. <br />(b) Board members appointed by the City Manager and <br />approved by the City Commission shall be appointed for <br />two-year terms as follows: <br />(1) Two (2) members shall be appointed in each <br />even-numbered year. <br />(Z) Three (3) members shall be appointed in each <br />odd-numbered year. <br />
