All proposed and future lighting must comply with Chapter 3, Article X, Section 3-10.2 (S}, of the Unified <br />Land Development Regulations (ULDR). Decorative lighting shall be provided long 17-921Oxford <br />Entrance drive which is similar in design to the existing decorative lighting on the Casselberry <br />Exchange site. Decorative lighting shall also be placed along the northern bike path. <br />8. All signage for the site shall conform to the City`s ULDR, the CRD design standards; and the approved <br />Casselberry Exchange master sign plan, All proposed signage shall be submitted as a separate <br />building permit. No advertising maybe placed on the Dart corrals. <br />9. The subject project shall adhere to all requirements of the 2007 site plan agreement executed between <br />the property owner and the City. <br />10. Mr. Lee Mullon, Cochrane <br />Engineering, 201 South Bumby Avenue, Orlando, Florida came forward. Mr. Mullon stated that they have reviewed '. <br />staffs comments and the amendments that Mr. Senzee stated during his presentation and he has no objection. Mr. <br />Mullon explained the "bagged goads area" is to be used for customers that have purchased heavy ticket items from <br />the garden center area, He said based on his communication with Walmart and the architect, this area is not heavily <br />used and does not require stacking that would normally be required far a drive thru for a bank or fast food restaurant. <br />
