All required revisions to the plat shall be made and the Clty Surveyor shall execute the signature block <br />prior to referral of the final plat to the City Commission. <br />2. The final plat shall be submitted in the following form prior to review by the City Commission: (14} 11" x <br />17"copies and (2} 20„ x 24n copies. <br />3. The applicant, per F,S, Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Surveyor`s fees. Prior to recording the <br />final plat, the applicant shall submit a check made payable to the uCity of Casselberr}~' to cover the City <br />surveyors fees, <br />4, After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide the City with a check for the recording fees <br />(made payable to "Seminole County"), (1} mylar of the recorded plat executed by the owner, surveyor <br />and City Surveyor, and any other information requested as part of compliance to F.S. Chapter 177. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Christina Hallam, Florida Engineering Group, 5127 <br />South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida came forward. fn response to the Commission's question, Ms. Haslam <br />stated that the sidewalk easements are located in the public right of way. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. info one came forward. <br />Mr, Parkhurst asked for a motion to address SP 09-01. Mr. Aramendia made a motion #o approve SP 09-01 <br />Shoot Straight replat for 4700 and 4750 Highway 17-92 and 11 Lemon Lane based on the staff report dated February <br />4, 2010 to the Planning and zoning Commission from Mr. Senzee as presented. Mr, Hale seconded the motion. Mr. <br />Aramendia amended his motion to provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for approval Mr. <br />Hale seconded the mo#ion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth item of Business: SPR 14.01: The Center for Drug Free Living. Waiver request for landscape <br />requirements. Property located at 96 Plumosa Avenue, Casselberry, F[arida. <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated February 5, <br />2010, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department}. Mr. Senzee stated that the Community Development staff recognizes the efforts which The Center for <br />Drug Free Living has made in improving the landscaping on the property and attempting to comply with the <br />requirements of the 2005 site plan approval. He said staff also agrees that the addition of more trees on the property <br />in an attempt to meet the required 172.25" of replacement is unrealistic. Mr, Senzee said an excess of trees on a <br />
