Map C -Ruby Court Lots 5 & 6 from County A-1 to City OR (Office Residential) <br />2. Map E -Lotus Lane Lots 3 & 4 from County R-1 to City R-92.5 Low Density Residential) <br />3. Mr. Senzee stated if the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to recommend approval to the City <br />Commission of SP 09-01 for the Shoot Straight Preliminary re-plat of 4700 & 4750 llS Hwy 17-92 and 11 Lemon <br />Lane, Casselberry, Florida, the approval would be based upon the re-plat received on December 31, 2009, the <br />
