Mr. Geberer submitted a document dated February 10, 2010 <br />addressing his concerns (a copy of the document is attached and made a part of the minutes). <br />Ms. Dori Sutter, 234 Morton Lane, Winter Springs, Florida came forward to speak agains# the proposed <br />future land use and zoning change for 1466 Bird Road. Ms. Sutter felt that the map for that parcel was misleading, <br />She said there is a small lake and no outfall in the area. She said any development on that property would seriously <br />impact the lake and the surrounding we#lands. Ms, Sutter recommended a lower density for the parcel with a <br />possible conservation area. She expressed a concern regarding the trespassing and use of recreational vehicles on <br />the property and hoped that there would be better enforcement by the Gity of Casselberry. <br />After a brief discussion, the Commission agreed that a speaker could relinquish their time to allow someone <br />an extension to the three minute time limit. <br />Ms. Juliet Johnson, 242 Morton Lane, Winter Springs, Florida relinquished her time to Mr. Geberer. Mr. <br />Geberer continued to read his concerns from the document dated )=ebruary 10, 2010 thak was submitted to the Local <br />Planning Agency, Mr. Geberer expressed concerns with the density of the proposed zoning category, the <br />requirement of the Needs Analysis, and the trespassing and the use of recreational vehicles on the property, Mr. <br />Geberer requested the Local Planning Agency delay the future land use and zoning change as highly premature and <br />inappropriate for these lands. <br />Ms. Kelli Johnson, 802 Fisher Road, Winter Springs, Florida came forward. Ms. Johnson stated she lives <br />adjacent to 1466 Bird Road and wants to oppose the zoning change primarily due to the tremendous amount of water <br />that is on that property. She said it affects her residence when it floods and she felt the proposed zoning change was <br />inappropriate. <br />Mr. Philip Murphy, 266 Morton Lane, Winter Springs, Florida came forward. Mr. Murphy said it is difficult to <br />get around on the property. Mr. Murphy said that the land is very wet and there are problems with trespassing and <br />the use of recreational vehicles on the property. <br />Michael Rosenberg, 244 Morton Lane, Winter Springs, Florida came forward. Mr. Rosenberg stated that the <br />City has annexed a County Al commercially unlimited recreational use that has been allowed by the owner for years. <br />
