Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. Mr. Aramendia amended his motion to recommend denial of LPA 09-08 Annual Capi#a[ Improvement Schedule 2009 - 2094 based on staff memo dated January 27, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the Local Planning Agency as presented. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The Board was polled. Ms, Smith stated the revised Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009110 - 2013114 would be provided to the City Commission. in response to the Local Planning Agency's question, Ms. Smith said she would provide a copy of the revised Annual Capital improvement Schedule 2009110 -- 2013114 to the Board.
