Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Aramendia amended his motion to recommend denial of LPA 09-08 Annual Capi#a[ Improvement <br />Schedule 2009 - 2094 based on staff memo dated January 27, 2010 from Ms. Smith to the Local Planning Agency <br />as presented. Ms, <br />Smith stated the revised Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009110 - 2013114 would be provided to the City <br />Commission. in response to the Local Planning Agency's question, Ms. Smith said she would provide a copy of the <br />revised Annual Capital improvement Schedule 2009110 -- 2013114 to the Board. <br />Fifth Item of Business. LPA 09.09, Overlay Dtstricts, Providing amendments to the Future Land Use Map <br />(PLUM) and Future Land Use Element (FLUES to eliminate performance and design overlay districts from the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />Ms, Sandra Smith, Chief Pianner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 27, <br />2610 to the City of Casselberry Local Planning Agency (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Ms. Smith requested the Local Pianning Agency provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission for the consideration of an ordinance amending portions of the Future Land Use Element and the Future <br />Land Use Map to eliminate design overlay disfricls from the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Mr, Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to spear in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. Mr. James Fraleigh,1290 Seminola Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida came forward, In response to <br />Mr. Fraleigh question, Ms. Smith stated that the Pianning and honing Commission meet on the second and fourth <br />Wednesday of the month. <br />
