Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 09-02 and ZB 09-08. Mr. Aramendia recommended continuing LPA 09-02 and ZB 09-08 until the February 10, 2090 Local Planning Agency meeting. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote, Fourth Item of Business: LPA 09-08: Annual Gapital lmprovement Schedule. Amending the Capita[ lmprovement Element to update the 5 Year Gapital lmprovement Schedule. Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated January 27, 2010 to the City of Casselberry Local Planning Agency (a copy is on file in the Community pevelopment Department). Ms. Smith stated that she has been advised that (here has been an update to the Annual Gapital lmprovement Schedule 2009110 -- 2013194 from the one provided as E=xhibit A in the packet, She said the updated information would be provided to the Cily Commission. Ms. Smith requested that the Local Planning Agency recommend approval to the City Commission. A lengthy discussion ensued regarding the financial feasibility of the Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009110 -- 2013114, the flexibility of fhe capita! improvement schedule, disrepair of sidewalks in the City, fire trucks and continuing this item until the next meeting to allow time for the Commission to review the current Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009110 - 2013114. Ms. Smith explained the Local Planning Agency is providing a recommendation to the City Commission to transmit (heir adopted Annual Capital Improvement Schedule 2009110 -- 2013114document to the Department of Community Affairs.
