Ms. Hyde seconded the motion. The mof'lon <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Sixth Item of Business; SPR 09.13: Kingdom Hail Extension. Request for a one year extension to a site plan <br />approval (SPR 06=12} to construct a church at 770 Seminola Boulevard. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. The motion passed unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business, SPR 09.14; Legacy Park Phase 3 Extension, Request for a one year extension to <br />a site plan approval (SPR 07-16} and a preliminary plat approval (SP 07.07} for a townhome development on <br />Seminola Boulevard within the t,egacy Park PD. <br />Ms. Smith stated That SPR 09-14 Legacy Park Phase 3 includes a site plan approval and a preliminary plat <br />approval. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward.
