The conditional use shall be limited to the existing dock structure. The dock shall not be enlarged in <br />any way without additional conditional use approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />2. The construction and maintenance of the dock sha{[ be in accordance with the requirements of all <br />applicable state agencies and the City's ULDR. <br />3, A building permit for the dock shall be obtained within 60 days of the approval and a final inspection <br />shalt be obtained within 120 days of the issuance of the building permit, <br />~. Ali of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall became null <br />and void. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked the applicant to come forward. Ms. Laura Hatton, 302 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, <br />Florida came forward. Ms. Hatton reviewed the letter that was included as 1=xhibit B in Mr. Senzee's staff report (a <br />copy is on file in the Community Developmenk Department). Ms. Hatton stated that they believe they have complied <br />with the City's requirements. <br />In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hatton stated that the structure was originally built as a <br />deck; however over the years the rain has washed away the dirt from under the deck and it has become a dock. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request No one came forward, <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address CU 09-12.
