She said the hot dog cart application <br />was adhering to the requirements in the City Code requiring conditional use approval, <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address CU 09-11, Mr, Hale made a motion to <br />disapprove ClJ 09-11 as presented by Mr. Senzee to the Planning and Zoning Commission based on the staff memo <br />dated January 8, 2010. Mr. Aramendia seconded the motion. <br />Mr. Hale amended his motion to deny application CU 09-11 as presented by Mr. Senzee to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission based on the staff memo dated January $, 2010. Ms. Hyde tasted the dissenting vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: GU 49.92: 302 Tri let Lake Drivelt_aura & Michael Hatton, Conditional use request <br />for a dock. <br />Mr. Charles Senzee, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated January 8, <br />2010, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Mr. Senzee distributed and reviewed an aerial photo of the area and conceptual improvements far the <br />area (copies are attached and made a part of the minutes). Mr. Senzee explained that several years ago the Parks <br />and Recreation Division created a conceptual plan for the improvements to the City's boat ramp. He said that this <br />design was discussed during a City Commission meeting regarding the boat ramp closures. Mr. Senzee said that the <br />drawing is conceptual and has not received any form of approval but it does represent some possible improvements <br />which the City may pursue in the future for this boat ramp area, He said due to the proximity of the subject dock the <br />conceptual drawings have been provided for informational purposes only. <br />Mr. Senzee s#ated staff finds that the design of the proposed use is compatible with the surrounding land <br />uses. He said if the Planning and Zoning Commission chooses to approve CU 09-12 to allow a private residential <br />
