The City will work with the <br />development community—to—provide Transit Emphasis Corridor passenger <br />amenities along US 17 -92 and will work with LYNX towards a long range vision <br />of implementing higher capacity transit modes along US 17 -92, such as bus <br />rapid transit or streetcar service. <br />SECTION 4. That Section 2 -5.3, Land Use By Districts, Table 2 -5.3, <br />Land Use By District of Article V, Zoning District Regulation, Chapter II, District and <br />General Regulations, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be amended as provided <br />within Exhibit A to this Ordinance which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />The amendment includes removal of the "Manufactured housing" category in Table <br />2 -5.3, Land Use by District. <br />SECTION 5. That Section 2 -5.4, Size and Dimension criteria, Table 2- <br />5.4, Size and Dimension Regulations, of Article V, Zoning District Regulations, of <br />Chapter II, District and General Regulations, of Part III, Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be <br />amended as provided within Exhibit B to this Ordinance which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof. <br />SECTION 6: That Section 3 -10.2, Appearance of site and structures, of <br />Article X, Appearance, Design and Compatibility, of Chapter III, Performance <br />Criteria, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby revised as follows: <br />Section 3 ®10.2(6) Exterior Lighting. <br />B. Definitions. <br />Lighting, Animated. Flashing or moving lights that otherwise change at <br />intervals more frequently than once each six seconds. <br />Lighting Subject to this Ordinance.
