The complete lighting unit, including the lamp, the fixture, and other <br />parts. <br />SECTION 7: That Article XX, Section 4 -20.1, Planned Unit <br />Development, of Chapter IV, Specific Development Procedures, of Part III, Unified <br />Land Development Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida is hereby revised as follows: <br />Section 4 -20.1. Purpose and intent. <br />Planned unit development districts (i.e., see planned residential district (PRD) <br />and planned mixed -use (PMX) districts LULAX I And MAX H) are established to <br />implement provision of the Comprehensive Plan directed toward conserving <br />open space and natural resources, promoting more effective use of <br />developable uplands with available urban services, and promoting mixed -use <br />development of strategically located large parcels having urban services and <br />direct access to major arterial streets. <br />SECTION 3: That Article XX, Section 4 -20.3 Conceptual development <br />plan required for planned unit development zoning, of Chapter IV, Specific <br />Development Procedures, of Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of <br />the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida is hereby revised as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 4 -20.3. CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN REQUIRED FOR <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ZONING. <br />A. General procedures for conceptual development plan submittal and <br />approval. Petitions for a planned unit development [i.e., zoning designation of <br />PRD and planned mixed use (PMX) districts,.-- p"� "'� ^r PMX H) shall be <br />submitted and processed as a zoning map amendment and in accordance with <br />the following special procedures: <br />1. Pre - application conference. Prior to submitting a formal application for <br />planned unit development, the petitioner is encouraged to confer with the <br />City and any other governmental agencies having jurisdiction or permitting <br />responsibilities impacting the proposed development. The petitioner is <br />further encouraged to submit a tentative land use sketch plan for review at <br />Ordinance 09 -1294 <br />Page 7 of 9 <br />
