<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 09, 2009, page 6 <br /> <br />CE-09-01322 150 Golden Davs Drive Plotzker/owner <br />downspouts 3-10.3 (4) <br /> <br />Maintenance of gutters and <br /> <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor, gave testimony <br /> <br /> <br />case. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case #CE-09-01322 in violation of City Code, <br />Section 3-10.3 (4), and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 07/23/2009. Another hearing <br />will be held before this Board on 08/1312009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is <br />no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. McKernan made a motion to find Respondents in CEB Case #CE-09-01730 and 09-01731 in violation <br />of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 07/23/2009. <br />Another hearing will be held before this Board on 0811312009 to determine compliance by the aforestated <br />date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be <br />imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are <br />further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. In addition, if there is no <br />compliance by this date the Board requests that the City take the appropriate action if feasible to accomplish <br />aU reasonable repairs or provide aU services necessary to bring the property into compliance and <br />Respondents will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fme imposed. A <br />subsequent hearing will be held before this board on 08/13/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated <br />date. <br /> <br />Kathleen A.
