Flint seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />CE-09-00910 1157 Galahad Drive Gieger-Young/owner Disabled/inoperable/unlicensed <br />vehicle's) 3-10.9 1.4.B <br /> <br /> <br />Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony <br /> <br />case. <br /> <br />Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent in CEB #CE-09-00910 in violation of City Code, <br />Section 3-10.9 1,4,B, and that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 07/2312009. Another hearing <br />will be held before this Board on 08/13/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is <br />no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the <br />Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. <br /> <br />David Henson seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
