<br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />JULY 09, 2009, page 7 <br /> <br />Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case # CE-09-01734 and 09-01735 in violation <br />of City Code, Section 70-2 (C) and that such violations constitute a serious threat to the public, health, safety <br />and welfare, and that Respondent shaU correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 07/23/2009. If Respondent <br />fails to correct the violations by this date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance by <br />this date the Board requests that the City take the appropriate action if feasible to accomplish aU reasonable <br />repairs or provide aU services necessary to bring the property into compliance and Respondents will be <br />charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. Another hearing will be held <br />before this Board on 08/13/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no <br />compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every <br />day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the <br />Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. <br /> <br />Alvera Armour seconded the motion. <br /> <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
