CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING JULY 09, 2009, page 7 Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case # CE-09-01734 and 09-01735 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C) and that such violations constitute a serious threat to the public, health, safety and welfare, and that Respondent shaU correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 07/23/2009. If Respondent fails to correct the violations by this date, a fme in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues beyond the date set for compliance. In addition, if there is no compliance by this date the Board requests that the City take the appropriate action if feasible to accomplish aU reasonable repairs or provide aU services necessary to bring the property into compliance and Respondents will be charged with the cost of such repairs and services in addition to the fine imposed. A subsequent hearing will be held before this board on 08/13/2009 to determine compliance the aforestated date. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. CE-09-01786 1565 Oak Lane Citi Mortgaae/owner Overgrown property 70-2 (C) Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer, gave testimony case. David Benson made a motion to fmd Respondent in CEB Case # CE-09-01786 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C) and that such violations constitute a serious threat to the public, health, safety and welfare, and that Respondent shaH correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 07/23/2009. David Henson made a motion to fmd Respondents in CEB Case # 09-01832 in violation of City Code, Section 3-10.9, and that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 07/30/2009. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 08/13/2009 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Alvera Armour seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
