Site plan extension for the construction an <br />office development for the undeveloped parcel on Wilshire Boulevard. <br /> <br />Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum <br /> <br />15, <br /> <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on in <br /> <br />Community Development Department). <br /> <br />Ms. Smith stated the Community Development Department supports the applicant's request to <br /> <br /> <br />site plan <br /> <br />for SPR 08-08 from September 10,2009 to September 10, 2010. <br /> <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who <br /> <br />to speak in <br /> <br /> <br />or in opposition <br /> <br />request. Ms. Hyde seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously <br /> <br /> <br />vote. <br /> <br />Seventh Item of Business: SPR.Q9-10: Casselberry Exchanqe master plan and Walmart site plan extensions. Site plan <br />extensions for the Casselberry Exchange master plan and the Walmart site plan for construction of a 148,789 square <br />foot large format retail.
